Yes. Every engagement starts with a free audit, strategy and 12-month action plan. Pricing only applies once you choose ongoing management.

Do your fees include ad spend?

No. Fees are flat management fees. Your ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Microsoft or Meta on your own account, and we never mark it up.

Why flat fees instead of a percentage of spend?

Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for spending more of your money. A flat fee keeps our incentive aligned with your profit, not your budget.

Can I combine services?

Yes. Most brands start with one channel and add others as it proves out, run two or more together and we bundle the pricing.

How much does management cost?

Flat monthly fees by service: Shopify-Ops store management from AU$1,480/mo, Meta Starter AU$1,480/mo, BOF Growth from AU$2,480/mo, AEO/SEO from AU$1,248/mo and reporting from AU$480/mo. The AI Marketing Team transformation runs from AU$7,480 as a 3-month program with 24/7 AI-Ops from AU$980/mo after. Figures are indicative; you get exact numbers in your free strategy.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No hidden setup fees for standard onboarding. One-off build work (like a UCP implementation) is quoted separately and clearly, up front.

Do you have a lock-in contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We back our management with a 30-day money-back guarantee, if you’re not happy in your first 30 days, we’ll refund that month’s management fee in full, no questions asked. (Ad spend you’ve paid directly to the platforms isn’t ours to refund.)

What’s not included in the fee?

Your ad spend (paid directly to the platforms) and any third-party software you choose to license, we never mark up either.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, bundling multiple channels reduces the combined fee, and our referral program credits 10% of a referred brand’s fees back to you.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Scale channels up or down month to month, or cancel with 30 days’ notice, we earn the relationship every month.
