You leave with a working setup, not slides.
Both are available. In-person workshops are offered across Australia and New Zealand only, at your office or a venue you choose. If you are outside Australia and New Zealand, or just prefer it, we run the same four-hour session online over screen-share.
Your choice. We run it 1:1 for a founder or a single operator who wants focused setup on their own stack, or as a small-group team bootcamp so your whole marketing and ops team gets wired up and trained together in the same four hours.

They are the three ways AI plugs into your tools. MCPs (Model Context Protocol servers) let an AI assistant read and act inside an app like Shopify or Slack. CLIs are command-line tools that automate tasks from your terminal. APIs are the direct connections between services. We set all three up live so the AI can actually do work in your stack, not just talk about it.
A packaged set of ready-made AI skills and repeatable routines covering core Shopify management and digital marketing from A to Z: product and catalogue work, store operations, reporting, campaign building and optimisation, content, comms and more. We install it during the workshop and walk your team through running each one on your own store.
