Conversion audit
Your ads don’t convert anyone. Your pages do.
Every channel you pay for lands on the same handful of templates. Fix those once and paid, email, SEO and direct all return more on the same spend. Scan your store free below, then have our team run all 304 checkpoints across the lot.
- ✓ Fixed price, no surprises
- ✓ 5 business day turnaround
- ✓ No lock-in, no retainer attached
- ✓ The report is yours to keep

The honest limit
Four things a scan will never find.
The free tool above is genuinely useful and we would rather you ran it than didn’t. It is also a robot reading HTML, and there are whole categories of lost revenue it cannot reach.
Cart and checkout
A scanner cannot add to cart, enter a shipping address or watch a payment fail. Those three screens are where the money is actually lost, and they only give up their problems to a person holding a card.
Your ad accounts
The scan sees the page. It cannot see that a third of your spend lands on a collection that has been out of stock for a fortnight, because that fact lives in an ad account it has no login for.
Email and SMS flows
Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase. Automated revenue is invisible from the storefront, and it is usually the cheapest revenue in the business to fix.
What the numbers say
Your analytics already knows which step people quit at. Reading it against the storefront turns a list of opinions into a list ordered by what it costs you.
Why it moves everything
One fix. Every channel.
A conversion audit is not a channel tactic. It is the only work that compounds across all of them at once, because they all end up in the same place.
Paid ads
MOVES ROAS
You pay the same for the click either way. Return on ad spend is just what happens after it lands, so lifting the conversion rate on the pages your ads point at raises ROAS without touching a bid, a budget or a piece of creative.
Email and SMS
MOVES FLOW REVENUE
Every flow you own ends on a product page or a cart. Fix those and the same sends earn more, which is why flow revenue tends to move before you have written a single new campaign.
SEO and AI search
MOVES REVENUE PER SESSION
Rankings bring sessions, not sales. Organic traffic is the traffic you cannot simply buy more of, so what each session is worth is the only lever left, and that is decided entirely on the page.
Direct and returning
MOVES REPEAT RATE
Your best customers meet the same friction as everyone else, they have just learned to tolerate it. Removing it is what turns a second order into a fourth.
We do not publish a percentage here, because the honest number depends entirely on where your store starts and we will not invent one to sell an audit. Here is the work itself instead →
What gets checked
304 checkpoints, eight page types.
| Page type | Checks | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Site-wide and navigation | 46 | Offer bar, header, search, footer trust, contact routes, speed and mobile. |
| Home | 38 | Whether a stranger knows what you sell, for whom, and what to do next. |
| Collection | 41 | Sorting, filtering, card content, badges, out-of-stock handling. |
| Product | 62 | The buy box, gallery, variants, proof, objections and the mobile fold. |
| Landing pages | 29 | Message match against the ad that sent them, and a single next step. |
| Cart | 28 | Shipping clarity, upsells that help, and the path out to checkout. |
| Checkout | 35 | Express options, instalments, field friction and the failure states. |
| Thank you and post-purchase | 25 | The order that follows the order, plus returns and support. |
| Total | 304 |

How it runs
Buy on Monday. Report by Friday next week.
01
You buy the audit
Card on the site, fixed price, no call required. You tell us your store address and anything you already suspect.
02
We request what we need
Read-only access to the relevant ad accounts, if you bought a channel audit. Nothing for the store audit itself.
03
The team runs it
All 304 checkpoints, by hand, on desktop and mobile, with real products in a real cart.
04
You get the report
Five business days. A ranked fix list you can start on Monday, yours to keep and to hand to anyone.
Before you ask
Questions, answered.
The free scan is instant and self-serve. It reads your storefront the way a shopper does and scores your home, collection and product pages, which is enough to see the obvious leaks. The paid audit is run by our team against all 304 checkpoints, and it covers the pages a scan cannot reach: cart, checkout and post-purchase need a real person to walk through them with a card in hand. The paid audit also opens the channels feeding your store, so you find out whether the problem is the page or the traffic being sent to it.
Three fixed prices, all one-off, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. A Channel Audit is $980 and covers one channel: Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, AEO and AI search, or Shopify operations. The Shopify CRO Audit is $1,480 and covers your whole store against all 304 checkpoints. The Full Funnel Audit is $2,480 and covers the store audit plus all four channel audits, read as one system. Buying the Full Funnel costs less than half of buying its five parts separately.
Five business days from purchase. That is a commitment, not an estimate, and it is written into the receipt. We do not need access to your storefront to start, though the channel audits need read-only access to the relevant ad account, which we request straight after checkout.
A designed PDF report. It leads with your page-weighted CRO score, then every finding ranked by impact against effort, so the first thing on the list is the thing worth doing on Monday. Each finding says what is wrong, why it costs you money and exactly how to fix it, in plain English. Nothing in it requires a developer unless we say so explicitly. The report is yours to keep and to hand to any agency or freelancer, including one that is not us.
Your ads do not convert anyone, your pages do. Every channel you run, paid search, paid social, email, SEO and direct, lands people on the same handful of templates. When those templates convert at a higher rate, every channel pointed at them returns more for the same spend, because you are paying the same amount for traffic and keeping more of it. That is why we audit the store before we touch the media plan: fixing the destination lifts every source at once, and it is the one improvement you do not have to keep paying for.
The Shopify CRO Audit is built around Shopify, and the checklist assumes you can make the fixes in Shopify admin. The checkpoints themselves are platform-agnostic, so we do run this on non-Shopify stores; tell us your platform first and we will confirm what changes before you pay.
That has not happened yet on a store doing real volume, but the honest answer is that the report is yours either way. There is no lock-in, no retainer attached and no obligation to have us do the work. If you read it and decide to hand it to someone else, that is a perfectly normal outcome and we would rather you did that than felt trapped.
Yes, and that is a separate conversation with a separate price, quoted once we both know what the work actually is. We deliberately do not bundle it into the audit, because an audit that exists to sell you the next thing is not an audit. Plenty of clients take the report and ship the fixes themselves.
