Affiliate Marketing
Stop paying for clicks. Pay for the sale.
Founded by experts with over 25 years experience in affiliate marketing, we run commission-based programs for ecommerce, lead generation and subscription brands, including major Australian names. You pay when the order, the lead or the signup lands, at a return we agree before we start.
Affiliate marketing, where brands pay commission for online referrals, is an industry worth more than $12 billion globally and estimated to generate around 16% of all online sales.
Whatever your level of experience with the channel, our team can provide the support and current market knowledge you need to get the best out of it.

Same visitors. Same buyers. Very different invoice.
Search and social bill you for attention. You buy a hundred visits, two of them buy something, and you pay for all one hundred either way. An affiliate program inverts that. The partner carries the cost of finding the visitor, and you are invoiced only for the two that turned into revenue.
It also changes where the risk sits. A partner who sends traffic that never converts has cost you nothing, so you can open the program wide and cut it back later on what actually sold.
Model this on my numbers →Every visit is a chargeable event. The two ringed squares are your buyers, and you paid the same rate for the ninety eight that were not.
Only the outcome is chargeable. The partner absorbed the cost of the other ninety eight visits, which is exactly why a commission rate sits higher than a click price.
Illustrative, using a two percent conversion rate. Your real rates, margins and forecast go in the free strategy.
Commission is not only for ecommerce. It works anywhere the outcome can be counted.
Ecommerce
A completed, validated order
Commission scales by product margin, new versus returning customer, and basket size.
Lead generation
A qualified lead your sales team accepts
You reject junk leads inside the validation window and never pay for them.
Subscription
A paid signup, with a second rate on renewal
Partners get paid for members who stay, so nobody has a reason to send you traffic that cancels.
Whichever model you run, we agree the number up front, then set commission rates, partner deals and promotional spend so the blended result lands on it. Every month we check that against what actually happened.
A to Z program management, on a monthly fee.
One team runs the whole program: the strategy, every partner, every network and every market. You get one contact instead of a different coordinator per platform, and we write the creative briefs rather than sending you a template to fill in.
Media and commissions are billed at cost, never marked up.
- WEEKS 1-2
Strategy, forecast and action plan
Category research, a deep dive on the programs you compete with, the commission structure your margin can carry, and a month-by-month revenue forecast with the partner mix behind it.
- WEEKS 2-3
Affiliate and network selection
A shortlist built for what you sell, not a mass invitation. Loyalty, publisher, comparison, cashback, coupon, content, creator and database partners, ranked by what they can realistically deliver for you.
- WEEKS 3-6
Onboarding and contracting
Program setup, tracking and validation rules, terms, approval workflow and payout schedule. We handle the paperwork and the platform, you approve the commercials.
- WEEK 4 ON
Creative and promo management
Every partner gets on-brand assets in the formats their placements need, refreshed for each promotion instead of a banner pack from two seasons ago.
- MONTH 2 ON
Promotional calendar
Exclusive codes, seasonal pushes, newsletter slots, homepage placements and category takeovers, negotiated and booked ahead so your best partners are locked in before your competitors get there.
- ONGOING
Optimisation, fraud and compliance
Commission tiers tuned by partner performance, brand-bidding and coupon-leak policing, attribution checks, and a compliance pass on every claim made in your name.
- MONTHLY
Reporting against the agreed number
Monthly reporting written against your ROAS, CPL or CPA, with partner-level detail, incrementality commentary and what we are changing next month.
The partners who can move real volume, and every network they sit on, run by one team.
Most brands end up with a program on one network and a blind spot everywhere else. We recruit across all of them, in every market you sell into, so your partner mix comes down to who performs rather than which platform you happened to join first.

Run a program in one country or eight. The commission structure, creative set and promotional calendar stay consistent across all of them.
Bigger than most brands think, and no longer just retail.
US brands spent $13.62 billion on affiliate in 2024, up 49.8% on 2021, and it returned $113 billion in ecommerce sales. That is 9.4% of all US ecommerce, and between 15% and 20% of revenue for the brands who actually run a program.
Spend is forecast to reach $13.81 billion in 2026, growing 11.3% while retail ecommerce grows 6.7%. Australia is a smaller market running on the same mechanics and the same networks.
What a dollar of commission returns
Revenue per dollar of affiliate spend by sector, United States, 2024.
- Department stores$21
- Office supplies$20
- Automotive parts$19
- Travel$19
- Retail overall$11
Every sector in the study returned more than ten dollars for each dollar of commission paid. Retail sits at the bottom of that range and is still eleven to one.
Where the money moved
Share of US affiliate spend by vertical, 2021 against 2024.
- Retail76% 63%
- Financial services12% 15%
- Travel5% 9%
- Telecommunications3% 7%
Retail is still the largest share, but all of the growth since 2021 has come from finance, travel and telecommunications. Those are lead and subscription businesses, not stores.

How we work together
Three ways in, depending on where you are.
Media and commissions are billed at cost in every one. Terms run 3, 6 or 12 months.
Launch
You don’t have a program yet
We build the program from nothing: the network, the tracking, the commission structure your margin can carry, and the first partners live.
- Network selection and account setup
- Tracking, attribution and de-duplication against your other channels
- Commission structure modelled against your margin
- First partner recruitment and onboarding
- Terms, contracting and compliance
Managed

A partner will only run you if the creative fits their page.
Affiliate creative is the part most programs neglect. Partners put your brand inside their own environments, and each one has its own sizes, formats and tone. Hand them a stale banner pack and the placement goes to someone else.
We generate the full set with AI and finish it by hand: high quality static, animated and video, in every size your partners ask for, with a version for each promotion on the calendar. Your brand looks the same wherever it runs.

Affiliate FAQ
The questions we get most.
Three ways in, depending on where your program is. Launch builds one from nothing: network, tracking, commission structure and your first partners. Managed is A to Z monthly management of the whole channel against a return we agree before we start. Scale is for a program already running that has plateaued or filled up with partners who were going to be paid anyway. We do not publish a fee because media and commissions are billed at cost and the management fee depends on your catalogue, programme and markets, so a number here would be fiction. Terms run 3, 6 or 12 months. Tell us which package fits and we come back with scope, timings and a fee.
On Google and Meta you pay for the click, whether or not it turns into anything. On an affiliate program you pay a commission only when the outcome you nominated actually happens: a completed order, a qualified lead or a paid subscription. The traffic cost sits with the partner, so the media risk moves off your line and your cost per outcome is agreed before anyone visits.
It means we agree the number before we start. You tell us the ROAS, cost per lead or cost per acquisition the program has to hit, and we set every commission rate, partner deal and promotion so the blended result lands there. Because commission is only paid on a tracked outcome, a partner who does not perform costs you nothing. We are committing to the efficiency of the spend rather than to a volume figure, and we review it with you every month.
A to Z program management. Strategy, forecast and an action plan up front, then affiliate and network selection, onboarding and contracting, commission and payout structure, creative and promotion management, a promotional calendar, fraud and compliance checking, partner communication, and monthly reporting against your agreed ROAS, CPL or CPA. You get one team running every partner and every network rather than a different contact per platform.
Every partner type that matters: loyalty and frequent-flyer programs such as Qantas Frequent Flyer, publisher and magazine networks such as Are Media, comparison and money sites such as Finder, cashback and rewards sites, coupon and deal sites, content and review publishers, creators and influencers, email and database partners, and technology partners, plus more in each category. On the network side we run programs across Commission Factory, Partnerize, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, CJ Affiliate and ShareASale, as well as in-house programs, all managed by one agency team.
Australia and New Zealand, the United States and Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and across Asia, plus global programs that run in several regions at once. The same team manages every market, so your commission structure, creative and promotional calendar stay consistent instead of drifting country by country.
Yes. Ecommerce pays commission on a completed order, lead generation pays on a qualified lead, and subscription pays on a paid signup, often with a separate rate for the second billing period so partners are rewarded for retention rather than churn. The mechanics are the same, the only thing that changes is which event triggers payment and how long the validation window runs.
Three, six or twelve months. Recruitment, approval and the first promotional slots take time to land, so three months is the shortest term that gives you a fair read on the channel. At six or twelve months the partner base you have recruited starts paying for itself, and the best seasonal placements can be booked well ahead. Media spend and commissions are always billed at cost, never marked up.
Partners place your brand inside their own environments, so a program needs a proper creative set: banner and tile sizes for publisher placements, animated units for premium slots, and social-native video for creator partners, with a version for each promotion on the calendar. We generate that set with AI and finish it by hand, then keep it refreshed as the calendar moves. You can ask for free samples built from your own site before committing to anything.
