Win the bottom of the funnel with D2C Studio.
A command centre for D2C brands that watches competitor prices by the hour, catches their promos before they land, builds the Google and Meta campaigns that win the sale, and lands the traffic on CRO-tested Shopify pages, all inside guardrails you set.

Why the bottom of the funnel
The sale is won or lost on price, promos and the page. Most tools ignore all three.
A shopper at the bottom of the funnel is comparing you to three other tabs. If a rival is cheaper, running a sale, or has a sharper landing page, they win, no matter how good your top-of-funnel is.
Yet the usual stack optimises each surface in isolation: a bid tool here, a feed tool there, a page builder somewhere else, none of them talking to each other or to what your competitors are actually doing right now.
D2C Studio connects them. One engine reads the market, decides where to spend, builds the campaigns, converts on tested pages, and learns, all governed by your rules.
How it works
One connected loop, running every hour.
- 01
Watch
Every hour it re-checks your competitors’ live prices across your catalogue and reads their newsletters and sale pages, so you know what the market is doing before your customers do.
- 02
Decide
It scores every product on price competitiveness and margin, buckets your catalogue into winning, competitive and losing, and decides where spend belongs and where it is wasted.
- 03
Build
It builds and adjusts the campaigns to match: Google Search, Performance Max and Meta Advantage+, with copy, budgets and product sets that follow the decision rather than a fixed feed.
- 04
Convert
Paid clicks land on bottom-of-funnel landing pages you build in your Shopify theme, CRO-tested and A/B optimised, so the traffic it buys meets a page designed to close.
- 05
Learn
It measures every move against what it predicted, keeps a memory of what works on your store, and feeds that back into the next decision. The engine gets sharper every week.
Inside the console
Real screens, captured from the running app.
Every screen below is a capture of D2C Studio itself, working through a live sneaker catalogue of 2,809 products. Where a capability is still ahead of us the screen is built on sample figures, and the chip beside it says so.
Price watch
RUNNING NOWEvery SKU scored against live rivals
The sweep matches your catalogue to competitor listings, scores each product on price competitiveness, and buckets it winning, competitive or losing, with the feed action it takes next.
- Matches your SKUs to rival listings by product, so the comparison is like for like
- Effective-price aware, so rival coupons and sale prices count
- Buckets flow straight into your Merchant Center feed as custom labels

Promo radar
AT LAUNCHYour promos and theirs on one calendar
Your sale windows, rival promotions caught by the radar, and daily spend, revenue and ROAS for every channel, laid out on a single month grid so nothing sneaks up on you.
- Reads rival newsletters and sale pages for depth and dates
- Flags promotions that are upcoming, live or merely teased
- Drafts the counter-move: hold, match, or run your own offer

Campaigns
AT LAUNCHA launch-ready plan from your best sellers
Pick a sales window and it ranks your top products, drops anything out of stock, and builds the matching Google Search, Shopping and Meta campaigns around what actually converts.
- Brand safety, brand plus product, generic and competitor conquesting
- Product sets driven by live price buckets rather than one flat feed
- Budgets and bids adjusted inside the guardrails you set

Memory
IN BUILDA decision journal that compounds
Every move is logged predicted against actual and distilled into learnings specific to your store, which feed the next call. Prediction accuracy climbs the longer it runs.
- An append-only price history you can point at
- Predicted versus actual on every action it takes
- Learnings from your store, rather than generic best practice

Creative studio
Ads that know what your rivals charge.
Catalogue ad tools let you put a sale badge on a product when it is discounted. None of them can tell you whether that discount actually beats anyone, because none of them know the competitor’s price.
D2C Studio knows the competitor’s price. Wiring that into the creative, so the claim on the ad is checked against the market and pulled when it stops being true, is what we are building now. The ladder on the right is the rule set as it is being built.
Generating the ads themselves works today: one product in, a full set out, five angles, three placements, light and dark, every asset on brand.
LIVE PRICE POSITION → WHAT THE AD SAYS
IN BUILD- cheapest in the marketBest price online
- your discount is 20% or deeperWas $189 · save 25%
- a rival coupon goes liveBeats their code
- stock drops below tenOnly 6 left
- a rival undercuts youNo price claim runs
A price claim is a liability when it goes stale. The last rule is the one that matters most: if you lose the price, the claim comes off the ad on the next sweep. A comparative claim is still your claim to make, and there is a window between sweeps, so you choose which of these rules you switch on and we show you the evidence behind each one.
A video for every product
Your existing product shots will become short scroll-stopping videos, one per SKU, in the sizes each placement wants. No shoot, no editor, no per-asset cost.
Copy and imagery generated per SKU
Product descriptions become ad copy today. Turning flat pack shots into lifestyle scenes, and giving each product variants to test, is being built now.
Your brand, read and applied
It reads your storefront for palette, type and tone, then holds every asset to it. Each one is checked against Meta placement rules before it reaches you.
Repricing
AT LAUNCHKnowing you are too expensive is only half of it.
Price monitoring tools hand you a dashboard and leave the work to you. The scoring that finds the gap runs today. Acting on it is the next thing we build: D2C Studio will work out the price that wins the comparison without giving away margin, check it against the limits you set, and then either ask you or do it. Here is how it will work.
ONE PRODUCT, ONE DECISION
AT LAUNCHWorked example, using sample figures.
after their coupon
inside every guardrail
losing the comparison
It reads what a shopper actually pays
RUNNING NOWA rival at $179 with a 10% code is charging $161. D2C Studio scores against what a shopper actually pays, coupon and sale price included, which is the number that decides the sale. This part is live.
Your limits will be hard limits
AT LAUNCHSet a floor price, a minimum margin, an RRP ceiling and the biggest move allowed in a day. Nothing outside them will be proposed, let alone published.
Sometimes the answer is an offer, not a cut
RUNNING NOWWhen a rival is running a short promotion, cutting your price permanently is the expensive mistake. The scoring already tells the difference between a temporary discount and a structural one, and recommends countering with a promotion instead of a repricing.
Approved, then written back
AT LAUNCHAccept a change and it will update in Shopify, flow through to your feeds, and land in the journal with what it expected to happen. One click puts it back. Nothing writes to your store until you have approved it.
Also inside
Every lever at the bottom of the funnel, in one place.
Guardrails and three control modes
You set the rules and choose how much it does on its own: full autopilot with alerts, approvals on the steps that matter, or approvals on everything. Your limits hold in every mode.
- Spend caps, ROAS floors and budget-step limits enforced
- Price claims run only while the advantage is real
- Every action logged, and reversible in one click
Shopify landing pages, CRO and A/B testing
Build bottom-of-funnel landing pages inside your own Shopify theme, apply the CRO patterns the platform recommends, and A/B test headlines, offers and layout so the best version wins.
- Pages published into your own Shopify theme
- CRO patterns drawn from a 300-point playbook
- A/B testing, so paid traffic meets your best page
Why it matters
Turn expensive traffic into orders you actually win.
Win the sale, not just the click
Price, promos, campaigns and landing pages optimised as one system, so spend turns into orders instead of expensive traffic.
Stop wasting spend on losers
Products you can’t win on price are pulled from spend automatically, so budget flows to where you actually convert.
React in hours, not weeks
A competitor’s price cut or sale is caught on the next sweep and countered inside your guardrails, not noticed a fortnight later.
Stay in control
Autopilot, main-step approvals or approve-everything. It never breaches your caps, and you can reverse any action in one click.
The stack it replaces
Eight jobs, eight subscriptions, none of them talking.
Each of these is a product you can buy today. Bought separately they each optimise their own slice and none of them can see the others, which is exactly why the bottom of the funnel leaks. The chips say where each one stands with us right now, because this is the job D2C Studio is built to do end to end, and the chips show how much of it is here today.

Before you ask
Questions, answered.
D2C Studio is a bottom-of-funnel command centre for D2C brands. It watches your competitors’ prices by the hour, spots their promotions before they land, and builds the Google and Meta campaigns that win the sale, then measures the outcome and feeds what it learns back into the next decision. It pairs a Shopify landing page builder with built-in CRO and A/B testing so the traffic it buys lands on pages designed to convert. Everything runs inside spend and price-claim guardrails you set, and every action is one-click reversible. It is pre-launch, so not all of that is live yet: the competitor price watch and scoring, the Merchant Center feed buckets, the ad creative studio and the content drafts are running today, and the rest is in build or due at launch. The roadmap on the page says which is which, and the waitlist gets each piece as it lands.
Most tools optimise a single surface: a feed, a bid, or a landing page in isolation. D2C Studio connects the whole bottom of the funnel. It reads real competitor pricing and promotions, decides which products are worth spending on, builds and adjusts the campaigns across Google Search, PMax and Meta Advantage+, and routes the clicks to CRO-tested landing pages, all governed by one set of guardrails and one memory of what has worked on your store.
At launch the focus is Shopify stores advertising on Google (Search, Shopping and Performance Max) and Meta (Advantage+ across Facebook and Instagram), with the price watch and promo radar covering your direct competitors’ storefronts and newsletters. The landing page builder publishes into your Shopify theme.
You choose the level of control. D2C Studio runs in three modes: full autopilot inside your guardrails with alerts, approvals on the important steps only, or approvals on every step so it acts as an analyst and media buyer while you stay the approver. Spend caps, ROAS floors and price-claim rules are enforced regardless of mode, and every action it takes is logged and reversible in one click.
Yes. You build bottom-of-funnel landing pages in your Shopify theme, apply the CRO patterns the platform recommends, and run A/B tests on headlines, offers and layout so the version that converts best is the one that stays live. The campaigns D2C Studio builds point paid traffic at those tested pages, so ad spend and conversion work are optimised together rather than in separate tools.
Generating the ads works today: the creative studio turns your product catalogue into ready-to-run ads, five angles, three placement sizes, light and dark, held to your brand’s palette, type and tone, with every asset checked against Meta placement rules before you see it. The price awareness is in build. The idea is the part no other catalogue creative tool can do: because the same live competitor pricing drives both the spend decision and the creative, a badge like “best price online” will be verified against the market when the ad serves and will come off automatically once a rival undercuts you. A comparative price claim is still yours to make, so you choose which rules to switch on and we show the evidence behind each. Product video for every SKU and generated lifestyle imagery are at launch, not today.
Today it tells you. Writing the change back is the next thing we build, and it is not live yet. What runs now: D2C Studio scores every product against what a shopper actually pays at a competitor, coupon and sale price included, and knows when not to cut, so against a short rival promotion it recommends countering with your own offer rather than dropping your price permanently. What is coming at launch: it will work out the price that wins the comparison without giving away margin, hold it inside a floor price, a minimum margin, an RRP ceiling and the largest move allowed in a day, and write an approved change back to Shopify with what it expected to happen, so you can reverse it in one click. Nothing will ever write to your store without your approval.
That is the point of it. Those jobs are usually eight separate subscriptions, each optimising its own slice with no view of the others, which is why the bottom of the funnel leaks. D2C Studio covers feed organisation, competitor price monitoring, repricing, cutting spend on products that lose, catalogue ad creative, rules and budget pacing, and the landing page the click lands on, in one engine with one set of guardrails and one memory. Feed organisation is free, as it should be.
The competitor price watch and scoring, the Merchant Center feed buckets, the creative studio for static and carousel ads, and the content and landing page drafts are running in the beta on a live 2,800 product catalogue. Price-aware creative badges and undercut alerts are in build. Repricing written back to Shopify, video for every SKU, and pushing the price buckets to Meta and TikTok catalogues are next. The roadmap on this page is kept current, and waitlist members get each piece as it lands.
D2C Studio is in active development. Joining the waitlist puts you first in line for early access, gets you launch pricing, and lets us tailor the first release around the stores and categories our earliest users actually run. There is no cost and no obligation to join.
